

Dolev Shaham was established in 1997 and is a well - experienced and known company with an impressive track record of many satisfied customers, some of which keep coming back for further services.
Since we truly love planning, Dolev Shaham was originally designed as a boutique firm and it was kept as such over the years, we focus on a limited number of clients that we can serve personally.
Over the years, a fruitful and successful partnership was developed with the late Avinoam Armoni, therefore, some of the clients appearing in the portfolio were done by Armoni and Dolev together.
Dr. Ronit Dulev Shaham is a co-founder of Dolev Shaham Ltd. which was established together with her late husband Irad Shaham.
Prior to founding Dolev Shaham, Ronit worked at the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) 1982-1997 as CEO of the Israel Department in charge of Project Renewal as well development of the Israeli periphery, with an annual budget was around 100 M$ which was directed to social, educational a regional programs and facilities. Great emphasis was invested on developing collaborations and partnerships between World Jewish communities and individuals and communities of Israel. Partnership 2000 was a flag program initiated planed and developed by Ronit in 1993 and is still known as one of the leading programs connecting world Jewry with Israel. Ronit is also the planner of the JAFI successful program for children at risk “Youth Futures”.
1997- until now Ronit is the co-founder on Dolev Shaham Ltd. over these years many initiatives were developed by her together with different partners such as: The Research Institute for Immigration and Social Integration at the Ruppin Academic center (2005-2008); JGooders.com (2008-2010) the first Jewish online giving platform aimed at connecting the younger generation to the Jewish world via an online giving platform. To-Be-Education an education a technology platform of role playing learning games, that had over 5000 learning games in almost every subject, is was used by many school in Israel as well as some overseas (2012-2023).
In addition, Ronit was and an active board member of global and local initiatives such as Board of Governors of the Hebrew University, the UNECE expert committees on fighting poverty elevation in eastern Europe and promoting women entrepreneurship, in under developed countries. The Global Partnership of Women for Peace, the National Social Planning Council, the advisory board of The Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund and the board of governors of The Academic College of Tel-Aviv Yaffo.
Ronit is a researcher in the Center of Taking Citizen Science to School (TCSS) established by the Haifa university and the Technion.
Ronit has an MA in Political Science and a PhD. in the field of education technologies.
Ronit has 4 children and lives in Caesarea, Israel.
